Why I do what I do
I started Tony Pearce Advisory because I'm driven by a passion for crisis and emergency management and contributing to improving community safety outcomes. I have a deep understanding of the emergency management sector, bringing more than 40 years of invaluable experience to the table. I specialise in independent inquiry, operational reviews, implementation monitoring, performance monitoring, capability and capacity development, facilitation, leadership development and strategic emergency management advice, all aimed at improving resilience in the sector and the wider community.
My mission is clear - to leverage my expertise and knowledge to create positive impacts in the face of disruption. In what is becoming a more volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous environment I do this by providing top-tier advisory services. I empower clients to navigate challenges effectively and enhance their emergency management strategies, ultimately leading to stronger, more resilient organisations.
